It is a cute little place
Small business
Ordered cold coffee latte with boba- which was really good. Not much substituting options. No sugar free syrups available.
Hot Taro tea with boba was ordered- not hot at all, it was just warmed to room temperature. Taro powder mix is not mixed well and i could feel texture all the time I was trying to drink. Flavor was decent. But I think they need to use mixer to have more uniform mix than just stirring it with spoon.
They have plenty of cake and icecream options and have mini squishy vending machines

Went in today for the third time since a few years … I’ve never had a bad experience with customer service or drinks but today I decided to try it out again and order something new . Drinks were great . Definitely will come back but the attitude the employee had was unprofessional. It was a young girl who seemed like she didn’t want to work there or even be there . No smile and was giving off bad vibes. Would’ve asked for a manager … I wanted to ask her questions about the drinks but when my bf asked for a drink she straight out said “what about that” with an attitude and he said can I get that . After that I was deciding which one for me and I said can I get the #15 and she said what kind of boba (I don’t drink these stuff so I was confused) (thought it came with just one type) I asked what do u have ? And she pointed down at me (not a single word and it was the whole menu) and I was confused on what to look at After I asked is it this ? (The “toppings”?) and she ignored my comment … so after that I was rude back because there is no reason to be rude at me for asking simple questions because I am new to these drinks and my bf . She gave us our drinks and said nothing after . Teach her some customer service.

I took my long distance friend here while they were staying at me and my boyfriends house. It was so cozy, and oddly busy for such a small place. Everyone got their own bubble tea and we all shared some chocolate chip rolled ice cream. It was awesome. If you feel adventurous? Try the egg pudding. It's alright if you can get past the texture

I love this place! Have had their rolled ice cream and bubble teas, both great. I only have one small quality control complaint though. Half the time I get bubble tea the tapioca pearls are undercooked, it's not the most pleasant texture. Would appreciate them being fully cooked more often, though I understand sometimes when you get busy you gotta sacrifice cooking time to make customers happy. That's it, tea and ice cream still delicious anyway!
