Deb one of the workers there is very rude. When i have asked on two occasions "how much is the item with the 60% discount" she becomes annoyed and says she does not know and refuses to work out the amount. I think its a reasonable question. How can you buy an item without know how much it is. Totally rude, lazy, does not want to do her job, giving dirty looks and very moody. Shame that she is a cashier because the store is fantastic with awesome items. I have complained to her manager.

Oh my! What a beautiful store to gift shop! I found beautiful wedding and gifts for family and friends, with no pressure sales, browsed as long a I wanted, and very friendly customer service and gift wrapping by Debbie! Soooo much to choose from, something for everyone in this store!

For a number of years I’ve driven from San Jose to meet my cousin from Orinda. We specifically meet in Pleasanton so we can visit this wonderful shop! We always find gifts & decorations for our homes! Friendly employees wrap the gifts! Please keep it up!

Very cute shop with something for everyone. I came in looking for California/Pleasanton gifts, and found a love assortment of coasters, kitchen towels, wall hangings, and Christmas ornaments. Prices are really fair too.

Rude staff. Old rude women who have no customer service. Cannot believe a store like this is in downtown Pleasanton. The space could be used for far better. Hopefully it closes soon and is replaced with staff that is friendly and and a store that isn’t a mess every time I go in.
