Always SO helpful and friendly! I love this shop, it is the only vape shop I go to. Prices are good, selection is great and it is always a great experience. The people that work there are knowledgeable and kind. The shop is always clean and stocked with all kinds of cool and useful items. Check them out if you haven’t.

The person at the register was very rude to me. I asked him which vape I wanted, he was being smart and said he didn’t know since there are so “many”. Next thing you know he pulls out the one I wanted. I asked if there was a number to talk to manager or owner he said he didn’t. The rudest person I have ever met.

1.27.2025 UPDATE There are 2 employees i believe one guy is super helpful quick, kind, and personable unfortunately he is the relief. The guy that is there most of the time is rude, condescending, has horrible customer service, and appears to act irritated any time a customer comes in because he has to stop watching his movie on his phone and maybe has to spend 3 minutes with a customer. My wife and I have also been charged different amounts for the same item both paying with cash. I go in there atleast twice a week And I'm almost ready to drive 10 minutes to get the same thing at the best shop called the smoke shop on West Capitol

If you wanna buy from upper middle class kids who just aren't very helpful its your spot. Unfortunately its the only smoke shop in Southport. Wa wa wa.....

I went in for 2 reasons. First, I needed vape juice badly. Selection of brands and flavors was well above average and nicely organized. Second I've been frustrated by what I've been using with coils burning out too fast and some other small issues.

The guy working was super helpful and took the time to hear me out and make recommendations based on what I told him. For the first time in a very long time I felt like I could make an informed decision and that I wasn't being just pushed into something. His customer service was outstanding and he never made me feel rushed or feel bad for still being unsure of some things. I walked out with a new ROM 4 and a new bottle of juice that he managed to open for me so I could pour in the necessary nic salts.

I HIGHLY recommend this place for sure and look forward to visiting again for all my vaping needs.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and super nice. He took the time to help me figure out whats best for my vapeing needs while also attending to other customers. That's no easy thing to do when your in customer service and I will defintly be coming back !

I went in to the shop to buy my first ever vape juice.. E liquid.. Whatever its called. As soon as I walked in the store was clean and brightly lit. The sales person was fast and attentive with my purchase. I didn't know what flavor I wanted between 2 and he pointed me in the right direction.

Staff was super helpful and even offered to sign me up for the rewards program.

The selection of popular flavors were great. They had 2 of the ones I had been looking for. Even some harder to find stuff.

I normally order everything online bit this is right down the street from my work and the staff and selection are amazing. I definitely will be returning here any time I need any products for my vape!

Amazing customer service. I purchased a Dr. Dabber switch and upon getting it home it was defective. The awesome staff at cloud 9 had it replaced in 2 days. Also was in the market for a new mod and tank, told them what I was looking for and they recommended a drag 2 mod and mesh pro tank, they nailed it. Exactly what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable staff.
