I clearly ordered the Dale Cooper ACTION FIGURE. The picture of it is even in my receipt of purchase, yet I waited all this time and got the Funko pop; not what I ordered! Turns out the action figure will never be available on its own, though no notification was given of that, nor refund issued once that became clear. Instead, a different product was just sent out. They did respond promptly and have promised a refund. Besides the promptness and refund, I would not call my interaction or their handling of the unavailable item professional, but I'm trying to say that respectfully.

I can't speak for the physical store, but online experience is very similar to all the bad reviews. I pre ordered a set of 7 Funco Pops in July 2017 for an August 2017 release date.....well I received my order in December 2017 and I had to do all the leg work and follow up with emails and phone calls. I truly feel that if I did not call and or email every 2 to 3 weeks I would have never received my order.

DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

You are not the number one priority. No excuse for an order being 4 months late with no help or reassurance from the seller. Buyer beware.

I ordered 7 pops on May 1st. It is now August 9th and I just recieved tracking information for it to arrive on the 15th of the month. So dissapointed in customer service as well. I was told they were waiting on just one pop to deliver the order in June and it would "arrive shortly" when I sent another email in July I was told that the shipment was delayed from Funko when they had the preorders listed that the eta was in May. I wasn't even offered to have the other six pops they had in stock. Now that they shipped them they sent them FedEx Saver so I have to wait another week. Horrible experience overall. Who wants to wait over 3 months for an order

This store has been great, I bought my play arts figures online at a great price! They also have great customer service. They shipped me one of the wrong items so I called them and they shipped me the correct one no hassle! I highly recommend them.

Currently waiting on two sets of pre orders! One is over 3 months late and the other is also 2 months late. That doesn’t sound like much time but any time late is not acceptable. This company has NEVER answered their phone once for me and I’ve called at all different times of the day. I’ve recieved one follow up email from them shortly after I was suppose to receive my items and now 0 contact.
I would advise never buying ANYTHING from them and starting to question wether this place is even real or got shut down from word getting out on how bad their customer service is!

One of the worst companies when you need customer support. Have pre-orders that are over 10 months late and they randomly gave a partial refund last week and emailed saying Funko isnt sending them more product. Yet their website still takes orders for it a week later so others can give them money to wait nearly a year for nothing. Now I have to fight them with my credit card company. Complete headache!

This review has to do solely with buying online from Toy Wars. If you would have asked me a year ago, I would have said that I've gotten several things from this store online and they are great. Now my opinion has changed. I pre ordered something in February for something to be released in May. May rolled around and I didn't receive updates or shipping info of any kind. I see ALL of the pre ordered items in every store (that sells them) that I visit. I send an email asking for an update and they said that "they will be shipping later this month". Ok, no biggie. While waiting for those I also pre ordered a second set figuring it is an irregularity with the first order. Maybe some kind of odd delay. Seeing as I have had positive experiences with them in the past I had no reason to think otherwise. So I have roughly $200ish tied up in pre orders. Every month that goes buy I send an email in regards to the first order and keep getting the exact same response "They will be shipping out later this month". At this point I could have bought THE ENTIRE SET at any store and not had to pay for shipping but since I had it pre ordered I figured that it would be more of a hassle to do it that way. Well a few weeks ago (September) I finally gave up and cancelled my order via email seeing as the items were now about four months late. A few days later I was told that I can expect my refund in 3-5 business days. Ok cool, sounds good. So now seeing my second set available in stores in decided that I'm just going to cancel the remaining order because I'm quickly losing faith in these guys. I never got an email response. I called (several times) and it rang and rang until the recording played with the store hours and the email address. Now I'm worried. Today it has been 8 business days since my refund was supposed to be issued. I ended up taking it to the bank which I used to purchase the orders. They were helpful and did what they could. Coincidentally today I received a response to my email and an IMMEDIATE refund. Their orders are not shipped on time or at all. Their customer service is a bit of a joke. I know that some retailers require payment for pre orders and some do not. Honestly, if I didn't pay so much money I probably wouldn't be as upset and irritated as I am about this situation. But guys, if people pay you in good faith that they will get their product in a timely fashion OR AT ALL, you can AT LEAST do a little bit better with your communication. Seeing as I hadn't received my refund as promised, any email responses, the website hasn't been updated with new pre orders in a while(I checked to see if they were even active on the website) and they weren't answering their phone, I honestly thought that they pulled a fast one and went out of business or something. I WAS a loyal customer, now if I end up on their website it will most likely be an accident. I just wonder how long I would have waited if I hadn't contacted the bank.
