I purchased a wedding band to replace my lost band. Jose was amazing! He was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We discussed what I wanted and he suggested that I come back the next day with my engagement ring to make sure that I would make the right selection. No pressure “make the sale”. Customer service was wonderful. The service to replace my watch batteries was faster than expected. The only downside was that it was a little expensive. I would still recommend and consider returning just because the overall experience was great.

I have visited Classic Designs 3 times in the month of December. The first time I was welcomed with holiday music, the offer of coffee and treats. The staff were very friendly and professional. They took my two gold rings that needed repair and resizing, created a computer ticket with photos of both rings and told me the jeweler would call me about the repair. Apo called me the same day and we discussed the options for repair. He was very knowledgeable. The work was completed in under a week and when I returned to pick them up I asked them to check the prongs on my wedding band set for wear. The prongs were worn and I left the set with them. Less than a week and the work was done. Beautiful craftsmanship! I also mentioned that the ring we resized still was too big. Apo said “Bring it in so we can make it right. We want you to be happy with our work!”

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLASSIC DESIGNS.
