I recently took my daughter to Claire's for her second ear piercing, and I cannot express how wonderful the experience was! From the moment we walked in, Andrea and Camila made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Their professionalism and attention to cleanliness were truly impressive, especially in a busy environment.

Both ladies took the time to explain the entire process to my daughter, ensuring she felt secure and confident in her decision. It was heartwarming to see how gentle and caring they were, making this special moment enjoyable for her.

Despite the high volume of customers that day, Andrea and Camila handled everything seamlessly. Their teamwork and efficiency did not go unnoticed, and I felt reassured knowing my daughter was in such capable hands.

went to claires to fulfill my lifelong dream of having a piercing. only wanted the one so they were super sweet and gave the other piercing to my buddy. zoe was super nice and patient while i figured out exactly where i wanted it. bernadine (i think?) was cracking jokes w us and making us super comfortable. had a great time, and it was virtually painless!

Had a horrible experience doing a return. Website had wrong size, asked to return since it wasn’t what i wanted. Cashier wasn’t knowledgeable of how to cancel order and tried to only offer me half of what i paid. They all brushed me off and said they’d cancel and id get a refund, few hours later i get a email that i picked up my order. I call and the cashier, of course was being rude and saying that yes she marked that i picked it up and that i got my money back but then immediately put me on hold. Manager picked up phone and told me i had to come back to the store to get a refund. This was only brought to their attention because i called, too much of a hassle just for a simple cancel on a store pickup order.

Amazing customer service very cute accessories for little girls and teens. They always have little deals going on. Very affordable as well. The store is on the smaller size so might be hard to walk around with a stroller or too many children. They also always carry great holiday accessories. Highly recommend
