Same experience as others mention. Came in expecting to browse and see what products they had available. The only person who greeted was the security at the front gate. The employees just stood together talking to one another and wouldn’t acknowledge us, even as the only customers in the store. I had to personally go up and ask one employee about their jewelry availability, to which I was told to go to any other store (Specifically mentioned Aspen?) since they sell out immediately. I can understand the lack of availability due to scarcity of their production, especially in the U.S., but the employees demeanor was flat out rude given how over staffed they were.

Hands down the worst customer experience I’ve had at any designer store. Stay away.

Listen to everyone else that talks about customer service sucking. I’ve been to the Vegas and Honolulu location and customer service was amazing. Malibu falls completely short in making people feel welcome. There was barely anything in store and no sterling silver jewelry. We were the only 2 in this teeny tiny store and 4 employees stood there talking with each other not once asking if we needed anything. Attitude sucks, and why the hell is there so many workers in there with little to no customers? Maybe if one of them acknowledged us it would t have bothered me. Either way skip this location. Unhelpful and unapproachable staff.

Was in the middle of putting an order in for denim and a belt buckle and a random employee stepped in a shut the transaction down. Got some glasses repaired as well but that took months and about 3x the cost the associate said it would be.

Cool location but very limited selection. Typical but unimpressive. Vegas, Honolulu, Miami, Tokyo and Hollywood locations are much better with selection.

Very mean and judgy employees. Me and my friends went there to buy a pair of sunglasses, and the guy who helped us was chatting about us behind the counter with his co-worker the whole time. And the attitude is very pushy. Won’t shop there again. Rather go to the LA one.

I don't know why there are so many low reviews about the employees. When I went in February, the employees were approachable and helpful. Aside from having to wait 20 minutes, the experience was pretty good. Got 2 shirts from their selection.

Had a terrible experience with Kenneth Berling Orozco. I previously met him awhile ago and got his card. I tried to email him multiple times while I was abroad trying to order a ring, and he responded once and fell off the face of the earth after. When I was finally able to go in store, I met Kenny and he was incredibly unhelpful and unknowledgeable about the company procedures. I asked him to help me find a ring and he essentially threw his hands up and told me to do all the work myself. He insinuated I was an impatient brat because they didn’t have what I wanted in stock and I had to wait for craftsmanship like he did with his multiple chrome heart accessories. Went to the LA store the next week, everyone was INFINITELY more helpful than Kenny was. If you see him, ask for another associate.

The establishment has potential, but it could greatly benefit from a touch of luxury in its presentation. Currently, it has the ambiance of a vintage thrift store, with a selection that primarily consists of older, pre-owned items. Enhancing the decor and overall aesthetic could elevate the customer experience and better reflect the quality of the products offered. They actually don’t have anything too. Lack of options.

The security guy step on my feet and told called me stupid, I spent so much money on this brand. This location is run down. My pregnant wife and me had to wait in the corner. Which I understand then the security guy step on my feet and tell me I told you to wait over there. Is that a joke ?

I hope upper management see this review. What a stupid and disrespectful worker. Please please please get him fire.
