Was going to leave a 5-star review because I had a great experience here. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but a gentleman there was more than willing to teach me and my buddy how to play Magic: The Gathering. He was incredibly helpful, and if this were his store, then I would be a returning customer for life. The bad news is my buddy returned to get more cards and was serviced by who I presume to be the store owner. He told me he asked for a product that required him to get out of his chair and was given attitude. I was willing to brush this off until I saw multiple other reviews getting similar experiences from this guy. One of them even getting a response from him, including a wildly unprofessional and snarky remark. Telling someone to essentially get over it when they found a far better price online shows that you have no idea how to run a business. I’d learn some meditative techniques before you lose your customers.

i have never felt more compelled to leave a five star review. my girlfriend i came in today since i have recently been getting back in to mtg after collecting as a kid so i went in to see what they had the man at the front desk super knowledgeable and polite and very enthusiastic about getting back into the tcg community. on top of spectacular customer service the store was very clean and organized and had a wonderful selection. i also found the merchandise i was looking at to be fairly priced! i can’t wait to go back every pay week

Great selection of MTG cards, sleeves, and playmats! Staff was knowledgeable, but more importantly they were friendly and welcoming. I am from out of state, but I’ll definitely take the time to stop into the store when I’m in the area again! I would highly recommend anyone stop into the store and check it out!

Update: very disappointed by the owners response. Argumentative, condescending, and plainly saying he’s grossly overcharging for precons. Most, if not all, the precons can be bought at another LGS for half the price. That’s right, not online, but supporting another local owner who isn’t rude when the market speaks. The only people arguing about prices is you Scott. I bought creative energy for $50 and supported an LGs instead of paying you $80. Seems like a win for me, BUD. Very expensive. I mentioned how a a commander deck was significantly cheaper online (just trying to give a polite market opinion) and one of the guys told me I was wrong. No need to debate—buying online then.

Great store… I am a new player to magic the gathering and have encountered nothing but very nice people here who have been willing to teach me. Prices are very fair (I’ve gotten two precon commander decks for a grand total of $80) and those type of good prices make you want to buy gear for your new deck as well! Glad to be apart of the community and feel very connected with the community after joining their impressive discord server with over 700 members. If you’re in the area, I’d definitely swing by. Also big thanks to the owners Scott and Jeremy. Very nice people and it’s very apparent they have passion with what they do!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! They were super helpful for game recommendations. They had an impressive christmas sale of buy two get one free games! 🌟

This store has been my favorite game store in the US. I travel for work and visited many game stores. This store has the best prices, friendliest staff, and best community for gaming.
