Our bartender Misty was so kind and knowledgeable she really helped me decide on menu items and was overall attentive. The atmosphere is fun, elegant, and instagrammable perfect for groups of friends, there’s nothing exactly like it in Reno. The desserts are to die for.

I bought a caramel peanut apple and the peanuts were rancid, and the customer service was nonexistent.. I paid $11 for that one apple! I regret not trying it before I left because as soon as I opened it, I could tell by the smell that the peanuts on the caramel apple were rancid.

The staff was courteous & friendly. The chocolates were tasty & mouth watering. The only improvement I can suggest is to add stevia based chocolates.

Overpriced and extremely sweet truffles, to the point of having that disguising feeling in the mouth after eating one. Three truffles and one peanut cluster $11.00

Really overpriced, it cost $8 for a hot chocolate made using powder from the grocery store. The menu said ‘real hot chocolate’ but nothing real about that…

We went in here because we were tourist and thought this place was cute , turns out they were watching everything we did like we were going to steal . I didn’t care and just wanted to shop . Then the lady was rushing us out when we were in there for 3 minutes but 5 minutes at the most . I know it’s mainly a certain race that lives there but we deserve to be treated equally. But it made me uncomfortable but I decided to buy something anyways for a $40 purchase. The lady charged us for something different and when we asked her she said it was the same price , don’t know why she clicked a different item , if they sell it they should have a button to click that item . Turns out she overcharged us because when I looked the prices up online it was $5 or $6 more . Never again
