1. There is a much wider variety to shop from compared to most adult toy shops that keep up with most new toys that come out these days, such as Lovense & We-Vibe brand toys.

2. The employees here are so patient and understanding. They take their time to help you find what it is you're searching for and help you narrow down your options to the top best 3 of whatever you're looking for (let's be honest, it can be overwhelming).
They have actually knowledge of items in their store such as a lube that's good for your PH balance and whatnot instead of trying to make you buy the most expensive thing that could be prone to causing yeast infections.

3. This is one of the only Castle Megastores to be designed as a beautiful castle and not a regular block building. And I for one hate that all buildings are the same these days.

4. It is such a fun and welcoming store. They even have a table with toys you can turn on so you can feel the vibrations and textures (with your hands - don't be weird people). They match your vibe so if you're nervous they're not gonna put your interests on blast.

Thank you Maranda for all your help. Very welcoming the second I came into the store, was never pushy on purchases but provided a load of information that made me wanna spend my money. Great quality of service, comforting and fun personality. Highly recommend this store, and ask for Maranda if you are unsure of what you’re looking for. She knows it all!

I understand not wanting people under 18 not in your business but the way the lady working tonight didn't go about it right. I walked in with my girlfriend (both of us are above 21 years old) and before we even take a few steps in the lady at the counter yells with an attitude " I needa see both of your ID because both of you look under 18" then when we showed her she looked even more mad we were old enough. After that I honestly walked out I didn't feel welcome and did not feel like shopping after that last time was a good experience with the staff but this time I honestly don't wanna go to that location again. I have no problem showing my ID but the way she acted was unacceptable to me especially since I've shopped there before and have never been spoken too with that kinda tone till that day

If I were rating this store on the quality of service from the employees alone, it would be 5 stars, no question. However, the couple of times I was in, I could hardly concentrate on any of the products, based solely on the fact that the music that plays in the store is absolutely atrocious. It always feels like they play the same outdated mainstream trash pop, and I swear that in the hour that I was in there I heard the same god awful song play at least three times. I don't understand why an adult store would feel the need to disrespect its customers' ears with such childish noise every time they enter, It's frankly insulting. And I know for a fact I'm not the only one who has noticed this because one of my friends also said she had the same problem, and that's the reason why she prefers to go online. Save yourself the trouble, wear headphones the next time you go. Sad!

I went in there today and bought A flashlight,the young lady kept asking me if I wanted to buy some disinfectant for it,After I told her no thanks🤨Then tryed to convince me that mold or fungus will grow inside it after use.I thought it was A joke,In reality she had no skill At sales.This place would be better if the staff would stop trying to sell useless lubricants and junk you don't need.It happens every time I go in there.And I don't need anyone asking me if I'm going to use it either!!,,,,It's an invasion of privacy and its unprofessional...As A formal Adult store employee ,I got 1 thing to say to the owner....Stop being Nosey & bothering the customers!!!!It's an adult store not A cricket phone store.....!!!

Wonderful location with knowledgeable and helpful staff in a non-judgmental environment. Pricing on items is very competitive and even cheaper than what you can find online. Mal helped us with our purchase and was a delight to talk with, making us feel comfortable asking questions about any of their products. Thank you, Mal!

The store turned me away because I had a bag and said I was theft risk but all the women in the store had bags with them, not just purses but actual full sized bags. Easier to shop online than to deal with a rude manager, save yourself the trip.
