What a great experience. First time I've been t this place. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by an associate Who introduced herself as Sierra. She then inquired about my reason for being there if she could help me or not. I told her what I was looking for but did not really know the name of the product she instantly put me in front of the type of product, where I found exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate a sales associate who is there to help me instead of pushing me to buy more than I need. Very sweet young lady with just the right amount of fun blended well with the necessary professionalism. Way to go Castle don't let this one go. Thank you Sierra for an enjoyable experience.

Caleb was absolutely amazing! He was so helpful, really knows his work like a true expert, and he was both patient and professional. I had never visited this location as it's a bit farther from my home than another one, but I will definitely drive a little more for great assistance like his! Store was clean, well laid out, easy to navigate. Prices are a bit steep, but that's the industry (not the store). I will definitely be back!

A wonderful man named Caleb helped me with my purchase and it was the absolute best experience I have had in ANY adult store EVER. I showed him what I wanted and he literally explained a women's anatomy perfectly. He had so much knowledge I could not believe how well he explained the toys and lube and tailored the experience to meet my needs. I went in thinking I would spend about 80 bucks and left spending 190 and could not be happier. I almost asked him if he wanted to join me on my weekend adventure 😉 he was great!

I came here today because I ordered a product online but the pick up location was at their corporate office and they do not distribute products there. So I thought well, let me go to an actual store and see if they can help.

They looked at my receipt and made a phone call, then informed me that the order would be canceled because they did not have the product that I purchased at the store currently and said my money would be refunded within a few days.

The gentleman was very apologetic for the confusion and he was also very helpful and friendly and made sure I was happy with the outcome of my visit.

I ended up purchasing a similar product anyway so all in all it was a good experience. And I recommend anyone and everyone!

I walked in for a product I haven't used in over a decade (a harness). Technology has changed a bit since then. Caleb could apparently sense my moderate confusion & walked over to answer all the questions I had before I even had a chance to ask them. He was knowledgeable & I felt that he genuinely cared about my good time. I spent way more money than I intended & I'm so happy I did.

The gentleman that was there was very helpful. He knew his stuff. He sold a vibrator to a young lady and her sister. For her first one she felt so comfortable talking about it with him. As a person who works in customer service he gave outstanding service. I will be coming back

I was a little nervous about going here after some of the reviews I read (creepy, pushy salespeople, etc) but it was absolutely great! After a friendly welcome, I was asked if I needed help finding anything and after saying no, I was left alone to browse. When I did finally have a question, I was provided great service.
