Martha is one of the best associates honest should get a raise they recommend amazing products while my wife and me were aimlessly walking around also associates should get a commission because I feel like I wouldn’t have ever bought the products if I wasn’t recommended I originally had a budget for the things I wanted to buy and because of Martha recommendations I may have over spent 🙂 again if they had more sales people like Martha I honestly think people are more willing to buy more products and I think because I’ve been management in retail before commissions would make employees work harder for the sale and they would feel like Martha would have done everything a employee that would have gotten commission would have done wasn’t to pushy yet pushed the product like they were selling product with commissions I understand if the company can’t do that because of budget reasons but at least give Martha a raise 🙂

A few months ago we bought a toy for the lady, payed extra for a warranty and went on our way. This was one of the more expensive toys and we gave both a phone number and email to tie that warranty to. We'll the toy we got broke a after minor use and we went to cash in on that warranty and now magically castle can't find our account. We are out not only the money on that toy but also what we payed extra in warranty. They did nothing to try and help and it was a terrible experience.

I found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. patience, I had no idea what I wanted, they walked me through my different options. The one down side is a very small one, the location, it looks like an old Chinese restaurant on a one way street, and if you miss the driveway the best legal way to get to it is to drive around.

Scammy place.
Told me about this “awesome toy” in which the company of the toy would provide me with a free replacement if my toy ever broke. This was told to me as something the company offered outside of Castles one year warranty.
Well surprise surprise LeRoseCollection.com doesn’t exist… so I have to wait a year to replace like $90 worth of shit from Castle. Why would you sell a brand that offers absolutely zero customer support? Theres zero trace of the brand online other than y’all’s website. It’s a scam to say one thing just for it to be a complete waste of money. Also the toy is NOT waterproof like the box said. Broke when I used toy cleaner on the top (not even close to the charging port). I know for a damn fact yall don’t use these cheap ass toys.
