Stereo typical here if you look a certain way don't think you wont have eyes following you around or a worker bending right over you trying to smell you cause they’re assuming your trying to hide something when actually your folding they're jeans back up had the older women do that with brown hair and the older man in white button shirt just follow me and my family members around and if he was trying to be top customer service it didn't work cause all he did was follow and sniff us around bending over my little brother trying to see if he could see the boots on him strange much he followed me out the door too like really mad as well just walked me out to my car cause it was like that. Don't see us coming back again and there was only one girl in green who was being a decent human out of them all at the register i don't think they noticed that they were making it obvious by following us around did they think they were going to get rewarded if they caught someone trying to sin nah yall need to check your employees or was it the owners acting that way it was all wrong from the beginning.

Johnny boots you were a classic when you ran/owned the business there its gone down hill since then it aint the same like back then where customer service was actually trying to help the customer and not themselves.

The ladies there are all great... stretched my boots there on site... super accommodating... if they don't have it in stock they will get it for you...

Shout out to Nick!!! He helped my dad and I find well-fitting, breathable work shoes with a boxy toe: just what the foot doctor ordered! Will definitely return for future shoes. Y'all are spectacular!!!😀

Customer service was great, very helpful, and knowledgeable. Store was clean and well stocked. Carr's has always had a great reputation and I'm delighted to see it continues to do so. Over many years I've frequented this store and will continue to do so.

I'd purchased a pair of boots here and received a $60 store credit "Carr's cash". I purchased a little more than a year ago and was told the credit expired, Even though I had the paper store credit coupons that I was given at time of purchase. Also, at the time of purchase I was uninformed that the credit I was given would expire.

I burn through work boots twice a year. This is the last time I ever attempt to shop at Carr's. Neither can I in good faith continue to recommend Carr's to fellow tradesmen in need of good boots.

Owners and employees are very friendly. Great selection of work boots at good prices. Top brands, you easily find what you look for. They take the time to help you on finding your best size overall. I think there's no other boot place that can bear this fine establishment. From shoes to clothes, they have huge assorments.
