Nadiya is my hero! I purchased a couple items recently, and UPS lost them (right in the middle of the Holidays). I tried to call them and got the run around, no help. I let Carrera Slots know what was going on, and Nadiya got a hold of them, got a claim rolling, and a new track on it's way. I am very pleased with how Nadiya took care of me, I highly recommend this company!

I have not had a race track in over 40 years and When I purchased purchased the Carrera fast and fabulous. I was just amazed at the speed and how real racing you can get with the pitstops and everything. The staff that I talk to are very helpful, friendly and took the time out to help me figure out what parts I needed to adapt to the track that I had.
