With 5 new babies in our lives we were so excited to find this fantastic store so close to our house! Beautiful sweet 🤩 things at reasonable prices and wonderful staff! We got the cutest cuddliest hand puppets. Love this place❣️

I cannot recommend this store. We went to the shop to buy shoes for our daughter. As our daughter is learning to walk, she is still walking a lot on her toes. The sales personnel saw how our daughter walks and recommended us very pricy shoes. After a few hours of walking, the shoes started to get holes at the toe of the shoes. We went back to the store the very next day. Unfortunately, the sales woman did not know how to deal with our complaint (which was astonishing to us as dealing with customer complaints is super standard in retail) and needed to talk with the store owner.

Michelle texted us some days later, assuming incorrectly that the holes resulted from our baby crawling and they only take back unused products which are in perfect condition. Describing again that the holes resulted from our daughter walking on her toes, on which basis the sales personnel recommended us these shoes, I have not received any answer on my message.

We are absolutely disappointed about the recommendation, the communication and the handling with customer complaints.

I have been looking forward to going to this store since before I was pregnant. Now being 16 weeks pregnant, I made it a point to visit when I was in town. I walked in and the sales woman was helping the only other customer in the store. She never once acknowledged my presence in the 15mins I stood there with my hands full of items. Never a “hello”, “I’ll be right with you”, or “let me know if you need anything”. Even when I was standing at the cash register wanting to pay, she never turned her attention from this other man. All of my excitement was gone… I put my items down and left. And of course that wasn’t acknowledged either. I’m extremely sad and disappointed. Luckily there are other amazing baby stores on this street so I was able to find the cutest things - and they were HAPPY to assist me!

I don’t have kids myself but I have shopped for many gifts here and their selection is always above and beyond and I leave with gifts I don’t even know who I’ll give them to yet!

I’m a big fan of the books they have, fairly priced and such a great selection. And the clothing is so cute I may need to have a baby myself.

Best sweetest shop ever! Michelle and Cata are incredible and so helpful in any questions I've had. It's such a unique store. I love that they pay close attention to using sustainable/eco conscious brands. I bought everything from clothing, feeding items and strollers from them! They're such a wonderful local gem!

Amazing online boutique and storefront. Michelle the owner has curated very high quality non-toxic, natural, organic and eco-friendly items in her gorgeous boutique. I first discovered it through a family trip to LA, and i'm so glad we stopped by in store. It had everything we wanted and more to prepare for our little one. The owner is super friendly, warm, and answered all the questions I had about their products. Since that visit, I've made several online purchases and I absolutely love everything I've ever purchased from this company.

As a Mama who is very eco-conscious and only wants the best of the natural/non-toxic/organic items for my family, Caro Bambino has become one of my one-stop-shops for my baby and Mama needs.

Every time I purchase something from Caro Bambino, the items are beautifully and safely packaged, they arrive so quickly with Express Shipping to Hawaii. And Michelle is amazing. She answers all my questions so promptly and in such a detailed manner. Customer service is incredible.

I enjoy buying gifts for family, friends, and for my little one especially.

I highly recommend this company and their products.

They sell a lot of wonderful items that are pricey but great quality but no customer service. The lady seemed like she didn’t want to be there not helpful at all, I felt like an inconvenience. I didn’t even want to continue looking.
