I am a big fan of handmade flour tortillas. This spot all heads down has the softest close to handmade tortillas in all Kern county! Yes it's a drive but try the food too it's delicious.

Even if it’s a ways away from you, it’s worth coming at least once to try. Their bread is also super delicious and always fresh. I always get a Bolio or one of those triangle cookies.

I bought carnitas from here when I got home I found out the carnitas were raw I took them back and spoke to the owner and did not want to give me money back he said he rather loose a customer very bad business

Always love to get the carnitas here, the bread is always good as well. Love how the conchas are fluffy, but things do run out, so you need to get here in the morning.

DONT GO HERE the service is absolutely trash. The carnitas on the other hand are DISGUSTING they taste and smell like straight pig. I got some yesterday and I’ve been having stomach pain. I don’t recommend this place unless you want the worst stomach pain of you life.

Fantastic local little latino grocery store. Always moderately busy with locals buying their weekly food supplies. There Daily fresh Tortillas are the best in the area. Very easy to get to From Bakersfield with no traffic either way. They even have a modest supply of Mexican sweet bread to choose from. A great butcher shop with plenty of fresh meat and a nice Variety and selection.

My neighbor recommended me this place and I decided to give it a try today . I got to say the bread is amazing , also the chicharron is delicious. The only bad thing is that it gets really packed . The girl that was working in the cashier was super nice .

I friend told me that they have really good chicharron here. I tried and in fact it is great. They also make some good, unique green salsa. They fresh Mexican bread and other merchandise. Good customer service. Place is clean. Personnel was friendly and polite. Would definitely come back.
