We discovered this shop about a month ago. My 13 year old son absolutely loves it! Everyone there has gone above and beyond to help him learn more about card collecting. They are patient and take the time to get to know their customers. They also have online auctions which we enjoy doing together as a family. We are so glad to have a shop like this in Southern Illinois!

Wonderful experience talking to the owner about more than just cards, he opened me up to his world in the cardshop and was a pleasure to talk to for over an hour or so. Don’t get to make it near as often as I would like. But every time I have, I’ve never been disappointed. Jason is always so kind and helpful in helping you find what you need or know what you have. If he’s not getting supplies ready for you to rip, he's probably right beside you even more happy than you are at your pulls. I’d definitely recommend this shop to new and experienced people in the hobby!

I’m very new to the hobby and have been looking for a place to look at my cards to see if they are worth anything. Found the cardfather and could not have asked for a better experience. The owner was extremely nice and talked one on one with me explaining how cards lose value and all the different variations of cards. I was amazed at the knowledge he had as well as the input he had on my cards.
I came into the store not knowing much and came out of the store knowing a lot more than I did. The store was set up amazing. A TRUE CARD SHOP, not some pawn shop that sells cards. Had many selections of cards in the case as well as $1,$3,$5 bins of cards. Could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend anyone looking for cards or help with cards to come here.

Went in and spoke with the owner for over an hour, really sweet and cool guy. Can tell he cares about what he does and who comes in! Listened to our life stories and gave his and gave us good advice about life.
Highly suggest going in to atleast talk to him! He cares for people and deserves all the business he can get. Bought an Eevee card!
