This is a hidden gem of a pet store. We only went here to get reptile food because they are open later than any pet store on a Sunday, I was amazed at all the different reptiles, birds and fish they have available. All very healthy and well taken care of. Great customer service and advice on your pets. We will definitely be returning.

Don’t buy from here unless you want a really sick bird. They tried telling my mom that the baby bird she was given is fine but he was really sick and almost dying the next day.

I love this store. I'm sad that they had to close the location close to my house but am excited to see the new location whenever it opens up. The family owned store is always welcoming and they are willing to answer any questions, up to and including recommending another store, if they don't carry something.

This place is awesome and they care about your animals. He is also very kind and able to work deals out with customers. He is very knowledgeable and passing it along to his children. I always go back here. forget petco and petsmart. Support local!

Bought a fish yesterday for my cichlid tank already had some fish for the tank. I asked when I bought it if I would be able to live with the other cichlids I had, mentioned which ones I owned and was told that this new one should be fine. When I came home I floated the bags and readjusted the decorations to help readjust territories and prevent aggression to the new fish. As soon as the new fish was put in began being more aggressive than any of the other fish in particular towards the Oscar fish, I figured it was just a little new fish aggression, however over the night the aggression did not end. By the time this morning came along the new fish had killed the Oscar. Called and asked if I could return the fish and they said no despite that I was told by the employee that the fish should be ok. Felt as though I was told the fish would be ok just so I would spend money; instead I burned 20 bucks, lost an Oscar, and was told I couldn’t even get my money back despite the fish still being alive. Petsmart offers full returns with receipt. What really bugged me was just the lack of customer care really wanted to like this store.
