Conner has been a wonderful asset to us for Customer Service. He found us all of the furniture and accessories that we were looking for on three different occasions. He even loaded everything in our vehicle for us. He remembers us by name and is a very nice easy-going and helpful person. Connor‘s level of customer service is what keeps bringing us back. Although we already owned our RV and did not purchase it here. It is a pleasure to shop here.

From the moment we started looking Susan was so kind, helpful , patient and full of knowledge. Susan made the experience wonderful! she stayed with us till the very end helping us gather a few needed items for our family adventure's to come. Susan really is the best!

Jackie in finance was so kind and also so very helpful in explaining all the details of our purchase and many other options for coverage. Jackie was also extremely helpful in getting us into finance and making it a smooth experience. I know she worked around the clock to get us into our dream toy hauler and I am thankful for her.

Rene in service was also extremely knowledgeable and walked through all the components of the toy hauler and shared a lot of tips with us which we are very thankful for. Rene was also very patient and kind he provided more then excellent service to us. making it a great experience all around.

I’m giving camping world 5 stars simply for Rene’s customer service and knowledge. This is my first RV purchase and he put my mind to ease with the extra time he spent explaining everything and how it works with me. I could tell by all the other employees around and their gestures, that he probably shouldn’t have spent as much time with me as he did, but that’s the only reason why I’m giving it 5 stars. For his patience and helpfulness. You could tell he genuinely cared to make sure I didn’t drive off without understanding everything. Also, my break pin hook up came too short from the manufacturer, so he made a few adjustments to get it connected and watched me make right turns to ensure it didn’t disconnect while driving. My original service person was Rebecca but she wasn’t in unfortunately and everyone there seemed confused on the process of purchasing. It wasn’t the smoothest of transactions. Finance went great but then I asked about 3 different employees if I was suppose to drive my car around to hook it up and that seemed to take a while to get an answer. No one assisted me after I completed the finance part. I was on my own, with the exception of Rene. While waiting to hook up my trailer, I did make a purchase of some chairs, ottomans and rug and the two cashiers were very pleasant and helpful and apologized to me for the long wait. Even they made a comment about my family and I being there all day. Overall, it was an ok experience for my first time purchasing an RV. I spent 12 years of my career in customer service/management and it plays a huge factor in where I purchase. Thankfully, there are still people like Rene in the world who have exceptional customer service to save the day!

I would have given them a -10, but I can’t put that on there since I have bought this motorhome. I’ve had nothing but problems left and right first of all they don’t know really what they’re doing. They’re rarely there and when they do look, they take forever salesperson was awful, he wanted to be number one would’ve sold us anything then when we start having problems it has been almost 8 months and has been taken in three times twice for the same thing and there’s a helpline that pretty much every other month we had to call and ask them we have not gotten any like most company as soon as they sell it to you, it’s your problem, I would recommend to go to Palm Springs go somewhere else, anywhere..
