Blown away by the arrangement!!!

The organization I work for has used Cabbage Rose regularly for years. We've never been disappointed by their arrangements, and customer service is always on point.
This week, we asked for a special arrangement. I gave them an idea of what I wanted and they took care of the rest! 5/5

not sure why this place has a 4+ star rating. In January I booked for a dozen of pink roses to be delivered to my girlfriend on the morning of Valentines Day. On Valentines Day they delivered her a dozen RED roses, during the afternoon although they assured me it would be a morning delivery due to businesses being delivered first. My girlfriend dislikes red so I called them to confirm that I did indeed order pink roses. Once they confirmed that my order was for pink roses and not red, Brenda transferred my call to another lady and the lady got on the phone and immediately said to me “well what do you want me to do?”… That was very disappointing because not once did she apologize for the inconvenience nor did she offer me any options. She then said she will deliver my girlfriend some pink roses but my girlfriend was getting off within the next 10 minutes of that call. So my girlfriend then had to stay at work and wait for the right roses to be delivered. I do understand that we are all human and mistakes happen but the least they could have done was take accountability and offer an apology or something. Horrible experience with these people, I highly don’t recommend.

What a wonderful experience at the Cabbage Rose today! Wow, the people that run that place are wonderful, the store is jampacked with so many gifts and things I know I need!
And, During the midst of all their prom rush, they took time out to help me get a small bud vase of flowers for a dear friend. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this wonderful store! Fresh flowers, and Fantastic gift ideas!

Cabbage Rose Florist did the flowers for my microwedding. I only needed 2 bouquets and 2 boutonnieres, but they were happy to take my business even though it wasn't a big order like a lot of weddings are. I know nothing about flowers, but I sent some photos of some I thought looked good and Abby took care of the rest. I was blown away by how beautiful the flowers were!

Cabbage Rose did a fantastic job for my wedding, but they have done so much more! When I wanted to send joy to my mom, they made sure to work with her to put the flowers in a safe place when she wasn't home. They worked with my sister for the same thing. I have gone to the store and told them a basic idea and cost range and NEVER been disappointed by what I received! Cabbage Rose is the only florist I want to use ever!
