It’s definitely a nice place if you’re looking for kids toys. Knitting supply selection is small but good enough if you like wool yarn as most of their yarn are wool.

Love this crafty yarn store, but it’s oh so much more. Stylish nail polish and artsy hair clips, Crafty sewing kits and fun projects for kids and adults alike. Also, we love the craft table for kids during the farmers market on Sundays. Great family owned store. Check it out for yourself!

Busywork is so charming, great vibes in there. It’s my go-to spot for birthday and Christmas presents for the crafty kids and adults in my life. They have fun products I’ve never seen anywhere else. The pizza box packaging is a really nice touch, especially for gift-giving! 10/10, really glad they’re in downtown Martinez.

I love Busywork! They stock interesting yarns and craft materials that you just don't see in other shops. Plus the owner is super knowledgeable and the service is top notch. I've been a customer since they were located in St. Louis, and they're still my favorite LYS. Every package from them is a delight from quality materials to fun retro packaging, and sometimes a sweet surprise of art from their kiddo. Busywork is the best!

What a fun shop! A great assortment of yarn, books and craft supplies. The owner is always happy to help answer questions and lend a hand when needed, but gives you space to browse and enjoy the store. I shop there every time I visit Martinez.
