The past 3 times my husband and I drove through Valley Springs and went through the drive up window our hamburgers tasted like they were cooked an hour before we arrived. Very courteous employees but the meals need a lot of improvement

Food was good. Added bacon and only got bacon on half the burger. So loud inside with all the alarms and timers and music that you can’t hear them call your number. Fighting off 3 flies while I eat. Ketchup, sugar and straws out front. Have to ask for napkins, salt and anything else. Soda machine down in the lobby. Just not an enjoyable lunch break

I was up in Calaveras County droning. We stopped by this Burger King for some early lunch. The service was great, it took about 4 minutes to complete our meal. Everything was freshly cooked, hot, and delicious. Usually, you get food that has been sitting around for a while and it's really nasty. My Chicken Sandwich was HOT, JUICY and delicious. I'm really impressed with this particular Burger King. GREAT JOB!

"The Valley Springs Burger King". The restaurant that will go down in infamy. But not for what you may be thinking! Strides are being made at this place! The charisma and efforts made by each employee, especially the newly appointed store manager, are hard to miss. Would hate if they started straying from their new course. Cause I for one love what I’m seeing. And eating!

If you are going to run a franchise and not keep the milk shake machine in operation, then corporate should send you a bill for every month it is not in operation. the machine has been broken for many months. I call every week to see if it is in operation but its always the same result. broken! in my opinion, this is dis honest and false advertising. quit advertising that you have milk shakes and ice cream on your menu if you are never going to repair the machine to produce it. it is a disgrace to burger king and its legacy. do not eat here!
