Oh building blocks, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways. (1) Gift wrapping so I don't need to remember where I put all those gift bags that I saved somewhere (2) curated toy selection so that I don't have to suffer through the endless ideas on Amazon (3) helpful staff who are readily available to help you find something or give you an idea (4) very fair prices. I absolutely love having this toy shop in our neighborhood.

Come here and buy your gifts instead of going to Amazon, I’m so glad I did! The workers were knowledgeable and kind. They helped me pick out the perfect gift. The also wrapped my gift for me! There are also events that I can wait to check out! I am definitely coming back!

Ok the toys are great, prices are reasonable, but there is a catch. I brought a brio train set and there was not enough track to make a circuit. Nothing was missing, that’s just the set they sold. Had to go back and buy more track. I mentioned this and they knew it. I was going to give them the benefit of a doubt, but I looked it up and brio does sell complete train sets without having to buy more Curves with an additional purchase. So I feel a bit scammed by how they stock their inventory.

Also, the flags by the register. This is a Toy Store for children, not lovers lane or the pleasure chest. There is a time and place for nearly everything, but a Toy Store to put your believes in others face amongst that topic is inappropriate. Hot wheels or even something that said Union pacific would be fine. I guess I won’t go back sense I don’t like it.

Great toy store with a huge selection Classic Toys as well as lots of options for children of all ages. I also love that they have a huge selection of puzzles. They have Ravensberger puzzles and I can attest that they are the highest quality puzzles you can buy. The colors are beautiful and the laser cut pieces are sharp and interesting.

A great place to look for toys that are a little different than your normal ones at your big box retail stores. The associates were very kind and knowledgeable. It's a great place to get a toy or child that wants to learn. Love this place a lot and the staff was extremely helpful.

I had a very bad experience here the last time I went, my husband and I were enjoying looking around the entire shop and deciding what to buy our niece for her birthday, one of the shop workers (not sure if it was the manager or who) was following us around the entire time in the most creepy stalkerish way, whenever we went into a new aisle, she would be at the other end of it STARING, we did nothing wrong and we were just trying to shop, watch people on the cameras but don't literally stalk them? It was the scariest weirdest thing and we vowed to never go back after we left.

It’s a cool store but the people that work there are consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming. Also not everyone in Chicago is stealing especially if we end up buying something at the end…. Maybe I’d have bought more… Like you work at a toy store….
