Super fast and exactly what I wanted and expected!! I received my order and a piece of it was broken, but we didn't need to exchange for a new one bc the part we needed, worked. Silvie was amazing! I ordered 3 of the same bears but different colors. My dad had given me the same tshirt bear when I was born and I’ve continued the tradition with my kids. My newest little was born end of September and 1 of the bears they didn’t have in stock. Silvie sent me the ones she had in stock so I’d be able to give my son his bear on his birthday. Then she followed up with the last bear when she received it. Thank you for understanding my situation and having amazing customer service.
