Went here earlier this week for a Christmas gift. One of the managers (I’m assuming since she was wearing a red sweater) was really nice and helped me despite the fact that she was on the phone with someone. However, the other manager (believe her name is Kellie) racially profiled me. I was looking around the store as I was standing in line to see if something else caught my attention. She took the gift that I was going to purchase from me. At first, I didn’t think anything of it. I thought she was going to ring me up. But no, instead she put it aside like I was going to steal it. I have no reason to steal from a place like this or any store for that matter. Was my first and last time going here.

As always, a fun place to shop. Helpful staff, and many beautiful things to look at. It's always hard to decide on that new special purchase. I love their products, the jewelry is top quality and perfect for this woman of a certain age. They have styles to appeal to all age groups and personal styles.

Shopped there a lot for my wife but no more. Very deceptive advertising with hidden terms and conditions. Current promo for bag has no disclaimers other than spend 150 to get bag. It's actually spend 150 on anything other than gift cards or at least that's what they claim even though it's not mentioned on the ad. Lost us as customers, I just can't give my money to dishonest retailers.

Love their sterling silver jewelry. Very cool pieces or pendants to buy with necklace chains. Lots of stone jewels in sterling jewelry. They also have gold jewelry and purses and general bags that are very nice. I love this store so much.

This store is really great. You're always greeted when you enter and they always offer bottled water and snacks. They treat you like you're important which is great. It's like having personal shoppers! We really enjoy coming here whenever we're nearby.

This is definitely my favorite Brighton location. Been there many times over the years and the staff are always kind and helpful. I love the patience they have shown my children over the years when they come in to select something for myself or others.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. So rude!! My mother in law and I were racially profiled. We got ugly looks from all the staff. They didn't ask if we need help they followed us. Then another customer walked in and she was greeted asked if she was thirsty and got help right away. This was horrible feeling to be treated like we didn't have money or because of our skin color. Never judge a customer or anyone by the way they look. I will make a corporate complaint.
