Went here and visited with them for my son's birthday. Met one of the owners and the experience was very pleasant. The staff was knowledgeable and gracious. They offer custom mini figs of your kids or yourself with just a picture. I was able to do it right there on the spot. I hope this place stays open and continues to bring as much joy to others as it did to me. Thank you!

This place is so great. We have 2 younger kids and I went once to get a present for one of them and they have some complete new sets as well as used sets that can be complete or mostly complete. And I took my kiddo back another time just to go through the bulk Lego. We were there probably an hour and a half filling up our container of fun unique pieces. Kind of like a fun Lego scavenger hunt. There are sets all around on the walls and in some display cases and then there is a big u-shaped table in the center with all the bulk Lego. You can also make your own minifigures. Would highly recommend!

If you’re not into legos and minions it doesn’t matter this place will wow you. The customer service will also please you. Wade was working the day that we brought our kids in and you couldn’t have asked for someone better to talk to. He showed the kids everything , educated them on what everything was, how to put it together, What pieces it will need finished and they loved it.
You can tell some real love and passion went into and glean into this place running.

I had an amazing experience at Brick City, thanks to Wade! He gave me a thorough tour of the LEGO shop, and his customer service was top-notch. The store is incredibly organized, making it a pleasure to shop. Even though I was traveling out of state, Wade went above and beyond by providing information about a nearby store close to my home, so my kids can visit. Highly recommend! The stuff of dreams for my Lego loving kiddo! We’ve been twice now - great selection, prices, and so well organized. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I especially want to mention Mr. Wade who very patiently took his time to help my son figure out a helicopter. Highly recommend this place and I’m sure we’ll be back often!

No other place in the Chattanooga area makes me feel like a kid more than this place. My son constantly wants to go to here every weekend and there's plenty to keep him occupied. The employees are very helpful and friendly and the whole atmosphere is fun and positive. Be sure to check out their amazing diorama of Chattanooga landmarks on display. It's incredible.

I highly recommend. We went for the first time a month ago and had a great time. They have a great selection from New to Retired sets. They also have a wonderful selection of mini figs. If you have a series you are missing a figure or 2 from completing then they are a great stop to find what you are needing. 10/10
