Awesome store with a great selection. They sell and buy sets. I bought an older premade model which unfortunately had an accident on the way home. The owner and staff spent a considerable amount of time over the next few days helping me put it back together, offering me the use of the party room. They were fun to work with on a professional and personable level. They more than earned my customer loyalty. I will only be buying my Lego sets from them from now on!!!

Came in for the first time today, and WHAT. FUN! Every staff member was friendly, informative, and welcoming. We asked a ton of questions, and everyone we interacted with took the time to help us out. We made our family as minifigs, bought a mech set that was built, and got one set to put together. We visited two other Lego businesses today, including the official store at the mall, and this one had “The best vibe” so my kid chose to come back here to make his birthday purchase. No regrets; it was worth it!

Pretty neat little store. Welcomed by one of the three employees. My son immediately went to the Minifigs section. Pretty cool to see the selection they had in that regard. Also had some pretty neat used and retired sets on shelves! Seemed a little limited with the space available, but definitely worth checking out if you live in the Cary/ Apex area! Only issue I had was that one of the employees very loudly said “We close at 7:00, right?” We drove from Henderson, NC just to come check out this store, and got here at 6:20. It came across kind of like they were passively announcing I needed to hurry up and finish. Thankfully, we have another store closer to us so we won’t have to rush as much. Other than that, very pleasant experience!

I went here to trade in my Minecraft lama set and some figures. I also brought so money and I got set 75221 for $50. They have a really cool thing were they put 5 figures in a bag and have them on a rack where you could get 5 of the same figures for $25-$30 and I think it a cool idea and I saved money. When I was at the counter they gave me 50% off on a Endor speeder bike. The staff here know what they are selling and about Lego and are always willing to help you with stuff. The prices were in my opinion really good. The place was also very clean. The temperature of the room was also perfect and I love to come here.

Very cool selection of LEGO mini figures, especially Harry Potter. They have a large assortment of colorful blocks to choose from. It’d be great if they could also offer blocks sorted by color.

We visited Bricks & Minifigs for my daughter's birthday party, and had an absolute blast. Daniel did an amazing job leading the party and entertaining the kids. Every single person who attended the party has told me how much fun they had, including all the parents. Thank you for an incredible celebration!

Drove an hour and a half out of my way to come here to pickup a retired set. I couldn't believe my eyes at the selection of Lego they had here. Staff were incredibly friendly and we had some great conversations about builds too. 10/10 great job ya'll!

This was a cool store, and the staff was friendly. They had a very large minifigure selection. With the exception of maybe one, they had every figure that I came in looking for. The problem is they are overpriced. Ex. They wanted $60 for a typical $30-$35 figure... $5-$6 figs for $10-$12. And, I don't just mean compared to the other BAM stores, but also compared to market values. I asked the guy behind the counter about a bundle deal if I purchased multiple figures. Not only did he say they couldn't do that, he also said they were about to raise the prices even more. I also have an issue with the way they do their bulk brick purchases. With the 2 Raleigh stores, if it fits in the cup, they give it to you for that price. Not here. If you get one brick that is too long and hangs over the edge of the cup, they will charge you for the next size up. It doesn't matter if you only have five bricks in the cup. How does that work when a large chunk of your brick selection is longer/larger than either of the cups? LEGO is already expensive. Don't nickel and dime the collectors over a couple of loose bricks.
