I've been going here since for a little over decade, the people there have always been super friendly always willing to share a laugh with you. Customer service is top notch best prices for their games. Would love to see an expansion in video games. (I know sometimes its not possible). But they are hands down the best retro game store I have ever been in.

I have taken my son’s phone in several times for repair (he is very tough on devices). They are always courteous and helpful. This last week I dropped off his phone because the back glass broke. I got a call later in the day that they were able to repair the phone back but it wasn’t running right and feared that it might have been caused by something they accidentally did during the repair. They took full responsibility and exchanged my old phone for fully functioning gently used/refurbished phone! I was thrilled with the outcome given the situation. I will definitely continue going to Brentwood Game exchange and Phone repair for any phone repair needs.

I was recommended off Facebook on The What’s Happening In Brentwood Page. I’m glad I went here. The staff is SUPER!!!!! Friendly and I felt welcomed. Had my kids with me and they were so kind to them. Even welcomed us back so they could play video games. Definitely a reasonable price. Sorry. My screen was completely shattered and though for sure I needed a new phone. This is a must go. Thank You🤗

Have done business in the past and had good experiences. I took my iPhone 13 in to get a battery and then a hour later I had to go back because the cameras were foggy and facial recognition didn’t work. They took it back apart and fixed it. Later that night it was doing it again and went back the next day They took it apart and said there was water in it and blamed me for it. I was never near any water. I don’t even know how water would have gotten in it and even if I was near water it could go in it. My cameras work right now and facial doesn’t. I will never do business with them they just rip you off. I normally won’t give bad reviews but this is horrible because my phone worked when I went in and now it doesn’t.

Brentwood Game Exchange is now under new management but they still maintain that personal touch of customer service that you don't find in big box stores.

My new gaming PC was built by there new talented group of Technicians and they did an excellent job, there employee Aaron was in constant communication giving me updates on the status of my computer.

I will be sure to take my business back to them again 10/10.

PS they got a great collection of new and retro video games, with some new collectables.

This store is officially under new management and let’s just say the people that took over specialize in the tech side of repairs. They are very professional now. I definitely recommend this as a one stop shop for any tech repair such as phones, laptops, computers gaming consoles they do it all and they do it for a very good price and very great quality work.
