Started good, then went downhill. Communication started off good. I was ordering a three new release firearms. Contacted them weeks in advance, told they had plenty available. Tried placing an order online and their website wasn't working. Was told it was fixed, tried again, but still having issues. Sent them screenshots of the issue on the website, and was told they were working on it. Followed up the next week and was told they were still working on it. I expressed my concern of getting the firearms upon release, and not having to wait. I was told on 2-3 different occasions not to worry about it, they had plenty and they'd hold my spot. Not sure why they couldn't simply take a card over the phone due to the inconvenience of the website not working. I placed an order online again a week or two later, and was under the impression it went through this time. I checked a couple of weeks later, and there was no record of order. I called to speak to someone and was told I could place the order again at that point, but I'd be on the wait list now and it would be an extra 5-6 week wait. By then I was fed up, but I was going to leave it be. I didn't have any intent of writing a poor review because I understand things happen. I then text the original person I spoke to over the course of a month to explain the outcome and that I was disappointed. Which I didn't even get a simple reply to. I also didn't receive a reply to the prior text I had sent to them explaining I was still having issues with ordering. That's why I'm writing this review. If you have a client experience go south due to technological issues on your side, I get it. But at least have the common decency to reply and acknowledge the customer after the outcome is negative. Poor execution and even worse follow through.
