This shop changes up their selection quite often which I love. Employees are typically Brandy employees, generally seem bored but are helpful if you ask. As a whole, everything I've purchased from Brandy has been good quality and lasted a long time, and still in a reasonable price range. I do love the clothes!

Blonde employee was unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude.

Demanded one person come out of the dressing room because apparently two people aren’t allowed to be in one - we were never told this “rule” as no one was manning the dressing rooms. Sounds like a you problem. In fact, we’re saving your customers’ wait time by going into one.

She said it was disrespectful that we didn’t come out, when we were literally changing. Even threatened to call security on us for both being in there. What’s security gonna do 😂

High advise you NOT come to this store if you want a comfortable shopping experience

This Brandy Melville is a bit smaller, but the employees were really nice to give out little bags for the stickers.

Came here yesterday and the service was terrific! It’s a small store but it wasn’t too crowded when I went. The employees are kind and the selection of clothing is great. I left with a burgundy tee and it was a lovely experience. I haven’t been to a Brandy Melville in forever but the experience I had here def makes me want to return. We weren’t greeted upon entrance which made the experience a little strange at first and it was pretty quiet in there but, again, the service upon checkout is worth it.

Although it's small, the stock and aesthetic is similar to those of other brandy's. However, for such a small space, you'd think the employees would actually acknowledge your presence? The moment I stepped in, I wasn't even greeted a "hello" even though I was the only shopper in there. Made it incredibly uncomfortable considering the store is the size of my kitchen and the employees literally made eye contact with me. Please teach your employees some basic customer service. Not asking for them to wait on me hand & foot, but it felt unwelcoming. Did not buy anything as I felt uncomfortable and won't return

They have an okay selection, but every time I come in they say they’re closed despite the hours listed on google maps.

Great store, the employee was not breathing down my neck while i was browsing (which is essential for a guy, we don't like being waited on hand and foot), and she was very agreeable when I had a question and at check out. Ample selection if you are looking for affordable gifts. I will go back for sure.
