I love Brandy’s clothes because I’m tiny and everything fits me. However, it’s “one size fits most” but “most” is just skinny girls. Also, the customer service is not good. The girls are always on their phone and not attentive.

First time going there the other day. Sure, the employees stand around folding clothes and chatting, but they probably make minimum wage, so no complaints from me. I know what I want, and I'd rather they ignore me than hover over me when I'm shopping. Also, I disagree that the clothes are only for skinny people! I am middle aged and certainly don't fit the "skinny" criteria. The huge plus for me is that their one-size sweats have a REALLY comfortable drawstring that doesn't dig into my midsection as most pants do. I also disagree about the quality; the cotton is a high quality cotton as you'd find at much more expensive boutiques. $32-$35 for joggers is not expensive in today's world. This is my new favorite clothes store!

Update: And here we go again!! My daughter was looking for a dress she wanted online and she needed to try it on, and back we were again at this pathetic store!!! 5 employees today and all in the break room area talking! Never acknowledged we were there when we walked in and never came out to say anything to us. Eventually one came out of the back then the others slowly came out. Walked right by us, not a word and no eye contact!!! Then they stood around laughing and talking amongst themselves. Why, Why, does this ridiculous behavior continue at this store with employees?!!! Worst store I have ever, ever been in store! A complete joke!!! Just a bunch of rude, snotty girls! Again, shame on Brandy Melville for no customer service whatsoever!!!

Went this location with my daughter this week. Both employees were young girls who just stood at the register talking to each other and on their cell phones while my daughter and I shopped for about 15 minutes. What a shame that this type of behavior appears to be allowed. They never said a word to us as we looked around. When we went to the register to pay, the only think the cashier said when we finished paying was "Here you go". What a joke! Shame on you Brandy Melville!!!

Love this store so much! Super affordable, great clothes!! They always have something for everyone 🙂 By far my favorite store. Their clothes are super high quality, and sooo cute!! The employees are super nice, always make me feel good about myself. Super comfortable environment, always a joy to shop here! The jewelry is also really nice, especially for the amazing price. MUST SHOP HERE!!!!

Personally I love this store and there clothes. Some people don’t because they say there sizing is on size fits all but it actually just says one size and some of there pants/jeans come in size medium and small and they also have a lot of over size t-shirts. Some people complain about the employees and say that they are rude but I think that it is there local Brandy Melville because the employees here are very well behaved and very nice. I have never had a bad experience at this store. I would definitely recommend it and I would shop here again

Every time I go in I promise myself it's the last time. Not once has a sales girl offered help or greeted me, they consistently sit on their phones behind the register and gossip. I don't need to hear about who you hooked up with last weekend. Today was definitely my last time, unfortunately you lost a customer today.

I bought two items for my granddaughter. The sales CLERKS were as uninvolved as any I’ve ever seen. They were far more interested in gossiping about some girl. They never greeted us, didn’t stop dishing the dirt and were generally rude. Surely, you can do better than that?
