Our family has been going to this facility for years on Jan 10th we held my mothers celebration of life in the conference room: The service by JEFF and staff was fantastic- our guests were pleased, the conference room was set up as requested. We bowled afterwards and enjoyed drinks and food. Thank you Bowlero staff for making a normally sad day absolutely perfect.

We decided to have our son's 6th birthday here at the last minute. I easily scheduled it online 6 days in advance. I was not sure how many kids would be coming since the flu was going around, so I underestimated. I called the day before to speak with someone, and manager, Iliana, was extremely accommodating and reassuring that everything would work out even if we were unsure of the amount of guests. When we arrived on the day of, not only was our area set up and ready, but she went above and beyond to decorate with personalized lit up letters that spelled my son's name. The food and drinks were effortless for us as everything was made on site. The kids had a blast and I honestly cannot believe everything that was included for that price (game cards for arcade, cookie cake, pizza, drinks, party planner). When it was over, Iliana handed me a handwritten birthday card for my son with some bowlero goodies and gift cards and free games for next time. It's so difficult to find good customer service nowadays much less a place and manager that truly went above and beyond to make this party successful. Thank you Iliana and staff!! We hope to come back next year!

This is approximately the 5th time this or something like this has happened within the last year. The bottom line is they do not honor their advertised specials and want to milk the consumer for as much money as possible. Do not give your money to this greedy corporation with similarly poor managers who care only about trying to shaft the occasional customer due to their ignorance rather than generating consistent repeating business. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR BOILERPLATE RESPONSES TO EACH REVIEW ON YELP AND GOOGLE - THERE IS NO ACTUAL FOLLOW UP!

In the past, I would show up to the Night Strike/After Party specials at the advertised time on the website. At least 4 times this year I got there at a specific time and they stated that the time changed, and refused to do anything even though their website stated that the special was supposed to start at a specific time. Yes there were open lanes.

Just yesterday, I showed up to bowl at the 8pm Night Strike unlimited special. I got there just after 8. There were 6 unused lanes available at the end of the alley, and the rest of the lanes were taken by leagues that would be done by 9. They did not honor their advertised special (even though they had just done so in the exact same situation last week) because this specific "manager" wanted to keep the lanes on that end of the house reserved for "open play" vs the advertised special (which is only subject to lane availability, which makes sense). So, instead I would be forced to wait until nearly 8:45 when the leagues started to end, all so that this manager might be able to make some extra dollars off customers who don't understand that the special only costs the price of two games per person.

Open play is non league play. Open play does not mean "excluded from specials". Simply put, this is false advertising and, once again, I am surprised that this incompetent manager doesn't realize they can get sued for false advertising. I have wasted hours and hours of my life trying to practice at this facility due to advertised special times that are not honored because the management is greedy and incompetent because they want to potentially increase their bottom line rather than generating consistent, repeat business. The fact that this "manager" has policies that are different from other managers is completely ridiculous, and I am surprised he isn't fired due to opening up Bowlero Corp. to a potential lawsuit. I have never run into this problem at other Bowlero's.

Bottom line: a specific manager at Bowlero West Covina does not honor advertised specials, forces Bowlero to engage in false advertising, and all because he wants to make some extra money off the ignorant open play bowler who does not realize that it's probably cheaper to get the unlimited special. I am never coming back to this Bowlero to practice again; and if this manager is reading this review, kindly S a bag of D's.

Roni the manager was the best, 5 stars isn’t enough for the attention she gives to each customer. We will definitely be going back because of her😊 Also she helped us with the arcade area….

I put one star because is mandatory Otherwise, I will put -5 starts really bad service they make you wait an hour or so from this poor service when you called they said yes they available and will you show up they said all all of them are taken and they make you wait for an hour or two really really bad service look for another bowling place so you can Enjoy! Really really bad service
