It gives cool mom & pop type shop vibes. They greeted me right away and introduced themselves. We had a good chat.

Top notch archery shop. Always a smile and willing to help beginners and experienced archer's alike. You can ask any question about anything archery and get a knowledgeable explanatory answer. If buying a bow, they will let you shoot it before hand just to be sure it's right for you. They also set up, repair and restring your Compound and traditional bow. If you ever need any advice about archery, stop by this shop you'll get what you're asking for. I can't say enough about how happy I am to do business with the Bow N Arrow Shop!

I have absolutely no want or need to go anywhere else. let the guys at bow n arrow take care of you, they know what they are doing and are very professional. This place caught my interest at first and now has my full attention. custom tuning and setup treated like a pro even though I’m not haha

When I asked a bunch of people in the San Diego archery community where I should go to get started with this hobby, the recommendations were nearly unanimous: the Bow N Arrow Shop. And the people were right. The level of service and patience I got right as I walked in was impressive. Ernest asked me the basic questions about my plans and preferences, and suggested some good bow options to begin trying out. He spent a lot of time with me on the shop's indoor range, helping me with form and getting a read on how to set up my new equipment to fit me. I left completely satisfied with my new bow, arrows, and tools, and can't wait to put it all to use.

Highly recommend!

TLDR: friendly to anyone, won't speak down to you, large arrow selection

Completely understand if you're from San Diego this is a little further away than Performance Archery. However, it is worth the drive! Especially if you're a woman into Archery. Both places will have experienced workers who can get you set up with everything you need and prices are comparable. But, not only does Bow and Arrow shop have a larger variety of arrows to choose from (I like colored spines cus theyre easier to find in the grass!), but they will not treat you with sexism like Performance Archery has each time I've gone (according to other Archers, this is not an unusual experience).
