Westlake has needed a store like Bonibi! I bought some New Balance shoes and even got custom fitted insoles at the same time! There’s a coffee bar in the front facing the Westlake Lake with amazing coffee! The owners and everyone working here are all very friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This store changed my westlake village experience! Every detail throughout the store is so unique and trendy!
I come to bonibi to have a coffee with my business partner every week, and the owner and the barista are the friendliest. Always offering that positive energy! They also introduced me to their new brand Karhu and PE Nation. Really comfortable shoes I had to buy. Looking very nice!
So much great to talk about this store, going to leave this one for today. My wife wants to come for activewear collection they have.

Love this concept store. They have unique brands like Karhu, On Running, Alo Yoga etc... Also they are serving Stumptown Coffee.

PS: They have the best lake view.

I did love this place because their coffee is pretty good but I was pretty disappointed the last time I visited. I ordered two coffees and two pastries. I had ordered just before a large group came in and ordered some drinks. My two coffees came out super fast, however my pastries were never even put in their oven to warm so I was just sitting outside waiting for pastries I paid for and probably would never have received had I not gone inside to say something. When I went inside and asked the guy about my pastries, his response was, "Yea, that was my bad." That's your professional response? "Yea, that was my bad" You do not respond that way to a customer. You apologize several times and say that they're on the house and refund me or you say the next one is on them. When hiring staff, please triple make sure you know their customer service skills since they are dealing with the public! This coffee shop is pretty expensive anyways so it is even more imperative that customer's receive good customer service.

excellent service and the quality of the coffee beans is to die for! (They serve Stumptown) Do not miss out on one of Westlake Villages finest spot. They have great customer service and the area by the lake is very nice. You will have a high level of coffee experience!

Bonibi is a wonderful addition to retail stores at "The Landing." We're especially excited for their coffee bar. Area and his team couldn't be more welcoming. Stop by and see their amazing selection of sneakers and apparel. You'll be glad you did!

My friends and I have been waiting for a Café like this to open up in Westlake! I got my unique ON running shoes at this store and while I shopped I got some great coffee too. Beautiful concept!

I don't recommend purchasing from their online store. I was charged a $75 restocking fee for a return. Must have been really difficult for them to put the sunglasses back on the shelf.
