I purchased a rifle from a manufacturer in Alabama. That was going to need to be transferred to an FFL, once completed.
I've used Bob's before without any issues, so I chose Bob's for this transfer.
I received a phone call on December, 31 letting me know that my firearm had arrived. I needed to have my firearm stock fitted before the stock and muzzle was pinned in order to be N.J. compliant.
Once the compliance work was completed, I needed to return to take care of the final background check before taking possession of my new firearm.
Bob's was very prompt, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable through the whole process.
Which only took 2 weeks.
Although if I didn't have to work, the whole process would have only taken 5 business days.
Bob's is my goto for all my firearm needs.

As I am a complete novice regarding guns everyone I dealt with was extremely patient with me. Didn’t try to over sell me anything. Gave me good advice and made sure I took my finger off the trigger. I promise I will learn to do that. Took a safety course with Bob himself and again he was very patient and understanding. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is thinking about owning a gun.

Absolutely amazing. i’m somewhat new to the fire arms thing. and no matter if busy or slow i always get a detailed conversation and learn something new. 10/10 place to purchase firearms ammunition or go to the range. amazing group of people here.
