This was a very easy no pressure experience. We were greeted cordially and professionally by our salesman Khaled. This was a 180 degree positive experience from our last visit to this dealership 3 years ago, when no one could be bothered to break away from their cubicles without any customers in site. We requested to test drive a car we saw on the web site. Within minutes the car was outside and we were off on our test drive.
The negotiation was very easy. We immediately were introduced to the sales manager which streamlined the process. The test drive and negotiation took about an 1 1/2 hours. They detailed the car within an hour. We were familiarized with the car and our phones were connected via BMA app. The total experience was ~ 3 hours. We absolutely recommend this dealership.

Ibrahim was a super guy to work with. Very professional but approachable. He helped my daughter with getting a used Honda Accord. Super nice condition. He facilitated & made sure the process was smooth, all the way to helping my daughter pair her phone & then driving away, even though it was 10pm. & all this was on his day off. He is super committed. Lot's of little things he also did. Like drive us to In-n-Out while we waited for the Finance Manager to get done w/ the previous buyer. Then he picked us up. Then he emailed me & made sure everything is good w/ the car. I recommend him for anyone looking for a new BMW or a used car like my daughter got. He needs to be promoted.

I had a great experience at BMW Mountain View. The dealership is spacious, clean, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. They had all the models I was interested in test driving, which made the process much smoother.

My sales advisor, Justin, was patient and helped me get a very competitive price. His professionalism and knowledge really stood out.

This dealership was a dream to work with. The young man handling the loaner cars was sooooo nice and professional. They were able to fix my car in a day but I needed to take care of a family member post surgery and couldn’t get back down to return the car for an additional 4 days and they didn’t charge me the 150-they were extremely helpful and understand. Highly recommended!!! Kevin was my guy handling the repair and he did a great job communicating

If you need to buy a car ask for Bram. He is the hardest working salesmen that I've had the pleasure of experiencing. He will put your priorities first and genuinely cares about the clients he works with. We ran into some issues during the process and he was extremely communicative and advocated on my behalf to resolve the issues.
