Nick is awesome, he welcomed my daughter and I and asked if we needed any help and answered my question about trading in games. He’s very friendly and we loved looking around in the store. We found a Sailor Moon figure and purchased it. It was brand new and is going to be well kept in our collection. He quickly signed me up for their rewards program. We will definitely be back.

A complete 180 from the new one in fig garden drive. The gentleman working at the site was very helpful and lets you shop in peace without breathing down your neck. Purchased Pokémon white and everything worked like clock work. The people running this store need to train the manly lady that works at the fig garden shop.

So my bf and I went in there on the weekend because he wanted to know how much he could get for his trade-in. The wait time was absurdly long and even when we were getting it appraised we still had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the gentleman to get an answer from someone who was not there. The guy that helped us was nice enough but the lady that intervened was very rude and was dismissive as well as degrading in tone. She had a very different tone with the prior customer than she did with us and we were not being rude or disrespectful. I am very disheartened by this experience as I used to recommend them to my friends. Never again.

First time coming in here and never going back. Brought in a fully functioning steam deck valued at 400 brand new. These guys tried to offer me $60. I questioned this, but another employee, hopefully she is not the manager, comes into the conversation who was very rude and condescending. At the end of this, they were only willing to offer $75 total for a console that sells at $320 pre owened. Even at a percentage, this is well below expectations at 23%. What a rip-off. Also, we heard her tell another customer who did a trade-in that they offer 30% below resale value. Don't waste your time here.

Update in response to their reply: I mentioned multiple times that I did have the power cord but wanted to know an estimate if I were to drive home and pick it up. This was the first thing i mentioned as I saw I had forgot the cord at home. Trying to offer me $60 for the steamdeck alone or possibly $75 - $80 with the power cord is still a rip-off regardless.

Went in to see if they did any resurfacing for CDs the guy that was working there was really nice and very informative. I really loved the music because it's like video game based music and such. Besides the price of resurfacing a CD everything else was great and the service was fast. They had a lot of good stuff in there not just games but Collectibles and a bunch of other merchandise.

Bad reviews speak for themselves. Sketchy business. Owner once came into a game-stop and demanded to be sold an item that was one per customer. Owner has also been rude to many local shops and sellers. Entitlement is off the charts here. Overpriced items, getting scammed here is easier than getting scammed on Ebay honestly. Bad business practices, crazy they've stayed open for so long, wont be long till they close though, they’re desperate and are starting to repair everything just to scrape a little more cash. Rick is a natural born scammer. Your money is better spent elsewhere, maybe to someone skinnier.

Overpriced. Upcharge for stupid reasons. Even simple $25-$30 games are at prices upwards of $50-$60. If you use half of your brain power, you wont get scammed by repros because its the easiest thing to spot with a little research. Don’t come here, ebay, offerup, mercari, etc are way better alternatives than this shell of a company. Scummy, don’t claim small business when you have multiple locations open and host many events, you clearly have enough to run a well rounded business. What a joke.
