I needed a shell for my truck so I called them and Brent went above and beyond to accommodate me. Unfortunately when I went there he was off for the day so I didn't get to meet him. I arrived and everyone was extremely nice and took really good care of me. They got me in and out super quick. I couldn't be happier with my shell top and my truck looks awesome. United States. The experience we had blew us away literally. Our sales person Jake & Rebecca were consistent, helpful and did not hustle us. Our walk through with Josh our Tech 😱 OMG PATIENT, and I ask the same questions a few times and he did not rush or make us feel like we were annoying to him. We have purchased many RV’s but this experience has been Red carpet experience for us. I recommend to check them out for yourself and leave a comment please.

Tremendous experience buying our Brinkley Model Z Air 285 through Derek Foggy! Very patient waiting for when WE wanted to buy, and did his best to get us in a great travel trailer, find the right cab for my truck and work with financing and service to set up our purchase.
The finance department person was very friendly, helpful and followed up a few times to make sure we were getting emails and contacts to set up accounts and websites for our warranties. And the Service Department - guy was very friendly and both of the service writers were helpful and personable. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking.

Let me start by saying I’m as critical as anyone after owning many Rv’s. However, our experience with all the Avondale Blue Compass employees from sales to parts to service in person and on the phone was best ever in my experiences. Patient, returned calls, adjusted schedule and accommodated in every way. Including sending an employee on short notice to Las Vegas to retrieve the trailer we wanted. The trailer had few issues and were addressed immediately during our orientation. The service tech installed our battery and hitch and was a first rate young man. Polite and informative. I really appreciate how comfortable the whole experience was for us. Kudos!
