Best selection of toys from 1980's old school games to modern robotic builds of the future there's something unique for all. Never a bored kid in here! Yo-yo museum is in back of store(you walk through store to view).

I really like this place; every time I visit, I find all sorts of interesting toys and gifts. Moreover, they have a great selection of Jellycats! There’s also a yo-yo museum inside where I found the same brand new vintage models I played with in elementary school in China over 20 years ago. Although they're not for sale, it was a delightful surprise to see my childhood toys this way across the pacific. Another reason I come to this store is that they offer gift wrapping services.

I received excellent customer service on an online order! I had been trying to track down a particular Jellycat for Christmas. After a different online boutique canceled my order a week after I placed it, I was left scrambling. I chatted online with someone at Bird in Hand, and he made sure to get my order out to me super quickly. It came Christmas Eve—just in time! Would definitely buy from them again!

Ordered a Jellycat for my daughter for Christmas. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. They proceeded my order and got it in the mail very quickly. I live in metro Atlanta and received my order within a week even with USPS sucking so badly in Atlanta. I’m very pleased with my purchase and the customer care that I received from Bird in Hand. If you like lots and lots of salespeople to help you find that perfect gift this is the store for you. They love to cruise the isles and watch what you are doing every second so don't touch anything or God for sake break something, always ask for help. After all they are right there breathing down your neck. A lot of the items I saw in this store are very very pricey, I think that's because they are not easy to find items that you just don't find in big box stores.
I am rich so I can afford to shop here, I just wish they would give me a little more space to enjoy my shopping experience without all that hard sell approach.

I truly love this place. I’d also spend more money and time if there weren’t so many employees (though incredibly kind and helpful) swarming around me anxiously. I’ve worked in retail and understand the stress and needing to eye people’s baskets to make sure no items have disappeared. I get it. I also struggle to stay in the store as long as I need to. My kids love everything here. But it’s too much. I’d spend more money here if I could get some space to breathe and ponder my choices.
