Purchased heart punch and it was lost in the mail. Contacted Bira and they assured they would follow up with USPS. To no avail, USPS, said it had been delivered, however I never recieved. Bira sent another after investigating. Excellent customer service ? and would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Received a bira stamping pro and a magnetic cutting mat for Christmas
The stamping pro wasn't put together properly and the magnets to hold the acrylic plate in place were loose and had to be fixed to the platform
A tiny spring got lost in the process - spent a couple hrs looking for it finally found it my husband finally got the magnetic pieces in place with a pair of pliers - I’m pretty sure that should have been done
There were no instructions
The magnetic cutting mat was also a problem the magnetic sheet was unglued from its platform so that Has to be re-glued
not very happy with these products I got the cutting machine last year for Christmas and it’s not that great either I have a difficult time putting the platforms through it just doesn’t seem to grab I had a really hard time grabbing my new magnetic platform too
I love to craft and have been doing so for eight yrs and was in the market for some new equipment - very disappointed ☹️
