Wonderful service. My mother’s electric bike needed some repair. Due to the brand, ordering and receiving parts took a little while. But went above and beyond to communicate and update us with the situation. Highly recommend their services. Will definitely use them again for any future repairs.

A big part of what makes Bike & Hike special is that their commitment goes beyond selling and maintaining bikes; they are involved and dedicated to fostering a better biking/active community. These guys just repaired a Geness Incline MTN bike for me. They replaced bearings in crankshaft gave my bike a tune up and got my bike up and running in less time than I figured it would take. Would recommend these guys to anyone that need a bike repaired. Thank you for a job well done.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences with the bike and hike crew. I have purchased at least seven bikes from them for my family and me and each time they were attentive and got me a good deal. Ray is a great mechanic and just a good all around guy. Brenden is a force in the community, making biking a way of life in a small central Illinois community. It's great to have this store so close to home.
