Customer service goes above and beyond. Super helpful. Car was super easy to put together. The seats and video player are really next level as well. Shipping was super fast. Got here before the custom license plate in had ordered for the car. Pleasant experience all around. 15/10 would definitely recommend this to any parent looking to really wow their kids

The Jeep is awesome, (24volt) Nighthawk but the company support is better. I had thought service like this was extinct in 2024. I had an issue with a missing part and sent an email on Sunday. By Monday morning I recieved a phone call and the part was shipped express the next day. I had issues with directions for operation and once again sent and email and once again got a call with the operating instructions explained. The day of my grandsons party EVERY parent was asking about the Jeep and I felt CONFIDENT proving this company’s information. I was clear, but from this company, support is everything. Thanks again

Bought a can am from them and have had it only a couple weeks with issues right off the bat. We called and wanted to return it because we are nervous about it having issues already. THEY DO NOT LET YOU RETURN ANYTHING EVER! Not even if it’s their fault. If you hate the product then that’s too bad. They have a 6 month warranty and will send you parts. When you call for your parts, you’ll talk to Raphael who will treat you in a condescending manner and excuse all your concerns. I will NEVER do business with this company ever again. Just make sure you read the return policy BEFORE you buy. YOU WILL be stuck with whatever you purchase. Our issues are as follows.. the fake gps box fell off, the radio doesn’t work, the hinge keeps breaking at the axel, and you’ll get like 4 hours of ride time on 2 FULLY CHARGED 24V batteries. We purchased the 12v GMC Sierra Kids Electric Ride on Truck with Remote Control. We chose a pink truck with the premium package including leather seats and EVA rubber wheels. My granddaughters are thrilled with the gift and their parents love the remote control feature!! Big Toys Direct was fabulous to deal with. Shipping was fast and when we had a couple of questions; their responses were fast and super friendly! We highly recommend Big Toys Direct!!

Big Toys Direct is amazing. We purchased two of the Can-Am Maverick buggies from them for our boys. First of all, these things are awesome. Such better quality compared to anything you can buy from a big box store. The 4 wheel drive works great and they can get around anywhere they want to go. Second of all, the customer service has been incredible. We had one small issue with one of the buggies. I emailed big toys direct, and they called me within 5 minutes and told me they were sending me a new part to fix the issue. Then today, my son wrecked his buggy and messed up a gear box in the steering. I emailed them to ask how to access that gear box so I could figure out what was going on with it. Within 5 minutes, they called me and told me they were going to send me a new part and would help me change it out over the phone. I wasn’t expecting them to replace the part at all, but thankful they did. I appreciate awesome service! They’ll continue to have our business!

Customer service so far has been very good; the power button on my son’s drifting car stopped working and the company immediately sent us a replacement for it. When we called customer service, they sent videos and photos on how to replace the button. Very helpful..! It gives me pause that a couple of months in, something has stopped working on it. But for now my son is happy and we are satisfied customers; the gentleman from customer service was very nice. Thank you..!

Updated: from 5 to 2 stars. after only 10 months, my 12 V tundra batteries absolutely died I’m talking the truck wouldn’t even function. It wouldn’t even work without my child in it. I called customer service and they they are helpful and told me that it was definitely a battery issue. However, because my product was purchased in April the previous year, it was outside of warranty. I did purchase around April however, It wasn’t even in use until September when I gave it to my son for his birthday so really, I only got a month and a half of outdoor use with it until the batteries died. Big toys directed appointment to their parts website where I can purchase two more batteries for a total of $80 after shipping I believe. however, they are currently out of stock and I have no idea when they will be back in. Overall pretty disappointed. I hope the next set of batteries are not an issue like the set that shipped with my truck.

This 12 or tundra is absolutely unbelievable from big toys direct. For me I completely customized the black one that I ordered and paint it like my full-size tundra. My only issue with taking everything apart was how well-built it actually is. I can’t believe how many screws and how over engineered this child’s toy is! He absolutely loves it it charges quickly the battery last very long. The remote control is absolutely responsive. I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase.

As for the company big toys direct? They have been absolutely awesome as well my own fault I broke one of the plastic pieces moving a garbage can in my garage. They were happy to help out and send out the piece right away. The other nice part is if you damage any part of your toy, you can order individual parts to fix it on their website.

I would highly recommend this tundra and big toys direct to friends in fact I have!

Absolutely the worst service! We have had nothing but issues first with the gear boxes. Now the seat has completely separated. Our son is 22lbs and has drove this MAYBE for a week in the 4 months we’ve owned it because of all the issues! They are saying “it’s thrashed” because it’s dusty (we live on a ranch in eastern MT- I’m sorry there is DUST and we aren’t rich and live on a blacktop driveway) I do NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!
