When you have to have it, you'll find it here. They greet you when you walk in and are ready to help. It's always well stocked and neat with a lot of everything packed in. Great service in the shoe department also and they'll bring you all the shoes you ask to try on. I keep coming back.

While all I bought was a cup holder for my bike the staff was cool, humorous and efficient. Loved this store and if all of their sister stores are as good then they have a customer for life.

Good service, but limited size selection on track running shoes. They only had 4 styles and we needed a 7 1/2. They only had one style in that size and all the rest only had 8 and above.

Who doesn't love big 5! Always great customer service. Every one dressed nice. Always helpful. Management are always on your side, and willing to.make things happen. Thank you Elsinore BIG 5. I never have to second guess myself to go inside.

Every time I come here I have a great experience. Friendly, awesome, knowledgeable staff that help me find things I need, and recommend products I didn’t even know I would need but was well worth the buy.
