If I could give it 0 stars I would. Biggest SCAM out there right now. I have recorded footage of them denying a refund on a lamp that the wires were spliced on. There excuse is... We can't check everything. There was a photo but the wires were hidden. By not admitting that there are problems with merchandise you can clearly see is defective or broken is stealing from the consumer. I'm turning this into the Better Business Bureau, putting video out there on social media and contacting the local news channel 3 to do an investigation. People are buying this crap and reselling it to the consumer via flea market, marketplace and offer up.... Passing it on, broken.

I've been buying from here for years now. Keep in mind when buying that most items are returns/ liquidations from places like Amazon and Target.

I recently purchased a subwoofer from them and it doesn’t work. I know that bidding on an item is a risk but upon opening the subwoofer I immediately noticed that screws were missing. I paid $80 for the subwoofer and had to spend even more on an RCA cable because it didn’t come with one. The subwoofer was obviously tampered with and they did NOT disclose that information in the listing. Now I’m out nearly $100 because they didn’t tell the whole story. I feel like I was robbed. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because I have purchased a few things from them before and those items were okay. My advice: stay away from the electronics here.

The staff are efficient and professional (not warm and cuddly). Follow their website advisements -assume what you are bidding on is broken. Lots of great deals but some items are non-functional, which is not the fault of the staff.

Editing: ok I felt bad leaving the review at first but now I’m actually so pissed off. I just opened my other item which was a soccer goal, there were pictures included but hard to see. This thing is completely broken, I mean metal literally ripped apart at corners and seams. I know for a FACT they noticed that and didn’t specify. This whole business is a scam honestly save your money, especially in this damn economy when you just want something nice for your kids. Horrible horrible horrible type of person to do this.
Firstly, the owner is super nice and When they first opened I was excited because I hated driving to Modesto. However, time and time again the electronics don’t ever work. It is my fault for continuing to trust that maybe it was “this time” and next time would be better (Modesto I’ve never had an issue with faulty electronics, I just don’t like Modesto lol). Many family members have had the same issue as well with this location, mostly just electronics, which is weird lol The worst part is you forget to make sure that they wrote “powers on” because they don’t always have time to do that and in turn you think they have tested it, since they usually label if it doesn’t power on. Anyway, I’m bummed that I’ve wasted so much money here and probably won’t continue to shop even though it is clean and very convenient. Bummer!!!:(

Some good deals... Just watch out for over bidders that pay over retail prices. Do ur research and set price limits... Buy new if in doubt.

Who knew this place even existed?! You can go in a hunt down a deal at the “Falling Prices” section of this warehouse. My dad could’ve spent ALL DAY long searching through the bins. It’s like a mini swap meet where you get to find some hidden treasures. I usually stick to the auctions because I just enjoy the bidding but I’ll definitely be going back to take my wife.
