@Bev’s has gone above and beyond for my wife and our friends who have shopped with her. In our most recent experience we ordered one of those really cool Doona car seat strollers. First off they were sold out everywhere online and she had 2 left on her website back in July, we placed our order and she reached out to us a few weeks later to let us know that the the entire stock of Donna car seats were on back order (like world wide sold out lol) and not available. She quickly offer a refund or her guarantee that she would send us her first set of new inventory a few months down the line. We had a 3 months before the baby was due so we went ahead and gave her our trust and turned down the refund. Best decision ever! Yes we had a long wait but she personally txt my wife updates and sent pictures to keep up her excitement, we got the stroller a week before our due date and she sent a personalized gift. Not to mention the price went up on the Donna and she honored her original price. Phenomenal customer service from Michelle Bailey and Bev’s real kids. Definitely recommend

While visiting Eureka during this COVID nonsense my sister and I had the great pleasure of visiting this store! We were pleased to see that this store carries quality items at good prices. We were also greeted by the owner with a fabulous warmth and caring...An experience that was NOT previously felt in Old Town Eureka stores only hours earlier!! We will definitely be returning to Henderson Center to shop!
