I can't say enough good things about my experience with this jewelry company! I had purchased a beautiful ring from them, and unfortunately, it broke. When I reached out to inform them, I was absolutely blown away by their level of care and professionalism.

Not only did they immediately offer to send me a replacement ring (even though I’m in a completely different state), but they also printed out a return shipping label for me so I could send the broken one back at no cost! I was so impressed by how easy and quick the entire process was, and their kindness truly made me feel valued as a customer.

The new ring arrived quickly and is even more beautiful than I remembered. It’s clear that this company cares deeply about its customers and takes great pride in both their products and their service. I’ll definitely be coming back for more, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality jewelry backed by top-notch customer service!

This is an adorable shop. Very popular and expect a wait. It's small but worth the wait to get in if there is one, for sure. I grew up in Ventura and this shop as been there since 2005 but I didn't know about it until recently! Crazy. The jewelry is pretty and unique. I love the few pieces I have. Its a sweet reminder of the place I grew up.
I noticed that there is faith-based theme or background with the company and I think that's great. However, it wasn't really reflected in their staff. I bought a pin that said "loving kindness" (a value I hold true to) and honestly, the staff were more snobby and cliquey. It seemed a little contradictive to me. I got the feeling that it was probably due to the employees being younger and less mature than "not nice". Just my opinion and I could be wrong!
I am sure Betty Belts will reply and defend themselves, but if many reviews include thoughts on their staff and their attitudes, maybe it should be considered.
Other than that, great store and products and I would buy from them again <3 In loving kindness!!!!

Love my rings. Customer service was great too! Had so much fun looking at all the different ring colors and shape. They have a great selection of size inclusive rings. A great spot to get little gifts too 🙂

I've gotten gifts there at least 4 times recently. They always have a great selection for many different fashion styles, and have an extremely helpful and friendly staff! I highly recommend going there! 🤘🤘🤘

All my friends and loved ones have been gifted Betty Belts custom pieces. I like the acrylic pieces, silver and the sea glass. Gifts are given to colleagues and Betty Belts has also been one of our greatest supporters of our nonprofit charity events. They truly believe in the spirit of kindness. Donna the owner works tirelessly, she is constantly designing and the jewelry is always evolving into something new and cool I highly recommend Betty Belts for holiday and birthday gift giving!

Bought a lovely pair of "Amanda" surfite earrings at Monterey Bay Aquarium (paid a lot more than on the web), unfortunately 2 days later the hanging part separated from the hook while I was wearing them and was lost... bummer. Would give them 1 star at that point but got hold of customer service and they were fabulous. Since the earrings were guaranteed (yay!), BB gave me a choice of 5 similar replacements. Contacted them on Saturday and had the new ones Tuesday, can't expect any faster service than that! Love the second set just as much as the first, definitely will make sure the hook is crimped well before wearing.
