I stop by there every once in a while. I have to say I am very disappointed in their customer service skills. An elderly couple bought a big rug while I was there the other day. There were 3-4 employees there. The daughter, who was in her mid 60’s asked for help to
load the rug into the truck parked right outside the door. Nobody would help her. One older employee started to but another employee told her not to. I, being a middle aged customer, helped her. When I came back in, the employees spent 5 minutes talking about the customer. All of this on front of the customers. What is wrong with providing good customer service? It has really bothered me. I will not shop there again.

The absolutely best! Most of the clothes I wear come from Better Than Before❤️ If you don’t shop here you must give them a try! Christina, Rebecca and the rest of the BTB Ladies in Decatur are so friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of!

I absolutely love this store and the sweet staff who work there. As a foster mama, they have helped me clothe nearly 20 kiddos over the years! I always find a bargain, and the staff love to help me find what I need. The owner, Sonya, is a true gem. She knows her customers by name and serves them well. I just can't say enough good things about BTB! ❤️

This shop is fabulous! I ran across this fabulous shop on Facebook when they were having an Eileen Fisher video sale. They do 2 video sales per day with the most awesome clothes, shoes, home decor, jewelry, and more! I by multi items every week. Their prices are very reasonable and the clothing is current and in great shape. A lot of the items I purchase are new with tags. They have storefronts in Decatur & Cullman, Alabama. If you are out of state they ship flat rate for $8.99 no matter how many items you purchase. They also offer free shipping over $100.The other thing that is so wonderful about
this shop is the owner and her team!! This is the only place I have shopped that has good ole fashion customer service. They go above and beyond to help you any way they can. If you haven’t shopped at BTB you are missing out!! It’s a bonus that the owner (Sonya) is a really beautiful person inside and out. She remembers your name and even what brand clothes you like.She is always friendly and helpful.

I have always had good experiences at Better Than Before Decatur! The employess are always nice and easy to talk to and help. The store is always clean and smells good!
