am reaching out regarding my ongoing stay. I'm truly disappointed with the way the front desk dealt with my situation. During our stay, my son fell ill and unintentionally vomited on the bed. We quickly removed and rolled up the soiled sheets from underneath him (fitted sheet and a sheet underneath that fitted sheet). After cleaning him up and assuring him that everything was alright, we were unexpectedly charged $100 for the inconvenience. Regrettably, this took my husband and me by surprise. We frequently stay with you and have never experienced anything like this before; it feels as though they took advantage of my son’s illness for profit. It's just a small amount of vomit that can be cleaned up easily in a mom of three. Nothing a hot wash and bleach can control. When I explained that it was only the bottom two sheets and a pillow, they said it would cost $25 each, claiming they were "DAMAGED," as she described it. The price dropped from $100 for a complete bed blanket set to $75 for just three items which makes absolutely so sense and which is also ridiculous. My son felt completely bad when once heard me and my hubby discussing this charged amount. We let him know that accidents happen and it’s okay. Truly though this caught all of us off guard; I’ve never encountered a hotel charging someone for being sick. I get being drunk and a hot mess but being sick wasn’t something we planned for my son either. This honestly makes me reconsider my choice of staying at Best Western hotels.  This hotel stay just didn’t make us feel comfortable after this situation.    The front ladies working tonight basically considered us a nuisance for this inconvenience. The eye rolls and huffs were definitely heard and seen. Again we just aren’t happy with any of this.  Stunned and upset to say the least.   And mind you I’m a platinum member with best western. Yall need to work on ur compassion and empathy, Seriously lacking.

What a great spot for the RV traveler heading North or South on the 5! Wonderful rooms. Park any size rig in the adjacent graveled, level lot. And everything is adjacent. Arco with low gas/diesel prices, Grocery Outlet across the street, Denny's next door but you don't need it for breakfast here. (If parking a big rig, enter between Denny's and Dollar store and cross the 3" curb into the lot). A few miles off the 5 but well priced, friendly and professional employees, a great place to stop and recharge, get provisions, cheap gas, etc. And wonderful rooms. Highly recommend paying a few bucks more and getting King Suite with sitting area. This is a rare find for serious RV travelers. IYKYK.

Adrian, who I've dealt with over the years of our staying there has always been a pleasure to work with. He has made all our stays a pleasant experience. He is what I consider a valuable asset to this Hotel! My wife and I look forward to having the opportunity to once again stay here.

As nice a BW as we have stayed in recently. Recently renovated and presents as clean and modern; large and comfortable rooms; only blemish was someone dropped something heavy and chipped the bathtub; breakfast was the usual fare-eggs, sausage, pastries etc.

Booked this after getting google results for pet friendly hotels. This is not pet friendly and my bad not for verifying. Couldn’t stay though because of it and could not get a refund either. $150 bucks down the drain. Because they weren’t very understanding about it and wouldn’t give at least a little, I’m very disappointed and will probably find some another chain to stay.

Great and caring administration and staff. Desk clerks are amazing. Large clean rooms, with adequate outlets and decent WiFi. Nice pool and hot tub. Good hearty breakfast.

( unhoused people living in Gazebo that was noted in another review which I didn’t see until now property personal is aware and does nothing about them sleeping there and can become aggressive )

I’m a loyal customer to Best western and this is the 1 Best western I stayed at with a problem of unhoused individuals sleeping or staying in the property gazebo, and staff was aware of this individual but did nothing about it . I checked in Friday Oct 11 for a wedding after driving 3 hours and while checking in I was approached by 2 men that seem to be on drugs or had mental issues. They started walking towards my car while I was unloading and got confrontational with me .. Story is longer but I’ll
Make it short the out come was the manager / owner called me and wasn’t very helpful or concerned for his guest safety and was very rude , he asked what I wanted and I stated some type of discount or something i didn’t sleep well the 1st night and it was not a great start to my nieces wedding weekend. The manager said no that I could check out if I didnt feel safe. The property personal was aware of the unhoused person on there property and said he was harmless .. be carful for your safety and lock your car if you decide to stay here ..

A very nice place and the staff were so accommodating. Additional family and friends stayed here because of a funeral event. This Best Western was a clean and comfortable hotel to stay with a great breakfast that was included. The staff went overboard to accommodate all of us.
