I was shopping in Bellaboo today for some Christmas gifts when there was an issue with a non-shopper. The employees handled it effectively by de-escalating the situation and making sure the shopping customers were safe and taken care of. They were also very helpful and patient with helping myself and other customers find what they wanted despite the disruption and large number of shoppers. Not to mention, the store is adorable and has abundance of incredible items!

They are wonderful to work with. I had thought I lost a package and they were able to help me figure out how it was packaged what it looked like, and who to talk to about it. We found it. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much.

Sour experience with the staff… bought a dinosaur toy with my son and the lady at the checkout offered to remove the tag, she didn’t even offer a bag. I went back to exchange the toy for a plush whale my son wanted instead after perhaps 20 mins and the store manager or whoever she was said the store policy was you could not return a toy after the tag was removed and the toy had left the store because it was no longer a “new toy” and not in a bag. I don’t know if she purposefully offered to remove the tag for some reason. Would not buy in this store again !

Staff was extremely helpful with showing us strollers and how all the different attachments work together. Store was also well stocked with plenty of toys, clothing and baby gear. We’ll definitely be back.

Anyone with kids in the greater Lancaster area MUST stop by Bellaboo. Quality goods and friendly & knowledgeable staff. Alicia helped us out in a pinch. Will be back.

Cute store but the employee with the short black bob was so unfriendly and seemed annoyed that my son was playing with the toys they had out. If you don't find joy in seeing children happy, don't work at a children's boutique.
