Purchased a half dozen musical toys for gifts. The xylophone was the only one I had problems with. There are 5 keys, but only 3 of them were "melodic." The other 2 were dead, and just sounded like a piece of wood. I wrote customer service to see if there was anything that could be mechanically adjusted, and was told no. I was a little surprised to see that I'd have to pay for postage to send this back for the refund. Not the quality, or the customer service I was expecting from the reviews on their website.
Twin granddaugthers, 1 year old. I would've been a good customer. Not now. Decided reluctantly to keep it--postage is high for this item.

I recently bought two versions of the same toy -- one an elephant, one a hedgehog. fashioned of a 3/4" piece of flat wood, that's basically round in its exterior shape. when set on the accompanying inclined plane that exactly directs it forward, and given a tiny finger nudge, it rocks slowly down the slope making a click click sound as its two pod feet strike one another, utterly enchanting my two year old grandchild.
